
Elliott Harris, Senior Vice President – lululemon International Product (EMEA, APAC, Mainland China), is responsible for product strategy and execution across all geographies outside of North America. Elliott’s 20+ year career includes leadership roles across store operations, sourcing, and product teams for Urban Outfitters, Opening Ceremony, and Dollar General. He also served as an adjunct professor for the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising in New York.
As a member of lululemon’s IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action) Steering Committee, co-executive sponsor of the IDEA Career Development Initiative, and the Latinx Employee Resource Group, Elliott is deeply committed to supporting underrepresented communities.
Elliott holds an MBA in Strategic Design from Philadelphia University and devotes his time to coaching and mentoring young professionals both inside and outside the lululemon community.
He brings a rare combination of commercial excellence, cultural fluency, and truth-telling about the realities many Black leaders face — including relentless expectations, emotional labor, and isolation in positions of power.
His vision for a culturally safe, expertly facilitated space where leaders can exhale, shed armor, and reconnect with who they are beneath performance is the heartbeat of The Reset Summit.
Joel Pilgrim is a mental health Occupational Therapist turned CEO, with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of clinical mental health, leadership, and nature-based wellbeing. Beginning his career in high-secure forensic mental health and First Episode Psychosis, Joel went on to pioneer surf therapy in Australia and served as CEO of Waves of Wellness Foundation for nine years. He has supported more than 5,000 people through evidence-based programs that take mental health out of the clinic and into nature.
Joel’s work has influenced national mental health reform, included engagements with global leaders and royalty, and positioned him as a leading voice in mental fitness, sustainable performance, and compassionate leadership. He brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, executive leadership experience, and human-centered facilitation.
Joel is a Westpac Social Change Fellow, NSW Young Australian of the Year finalist, author of Stand Up Stand Out, Non-Executive Director of the International Surf Therapy Organization, Founder of FLIP Wellbeing, and co-creator of The Reset Summit.
His work is grounded in one belief: sustainable leadership is built from the inside out. Joel is passionate about creating safe, transformative spaces where leaders can remove the mask, reconnect with themselves, and build mental fitness for long-term performance.
